roaming gets even better!

With the ever increasing cost of living, who would have
thought that the price of any service would be going down
any time soon? Well, Cable & Wireless is doing just that
with its bmobile roaming prices in the Caribbean.
The company today announced the introduction of “Home Rate
Roaming” for all bmobile customers across the Cable &
Wireless Caribbean. From 22nd August 2008, all bmobile
customers travelling to other Caribbean countries in which
Cable & Wireless operates will get the benefit of paying the
same rate for outgoing calls as if the call was being made
in the customer’s home country.
This means that calls back home to family and friends will
be charged at a local rate. Further, calls to other Cable &
Wireless countries will be charged at the regular
international direct dialled rate. And in addition to all
this, customers will continue to enjoy free incoming calls
when roaming to Cable & Wireless Caribbean destinations!
This offering comes as one of the first initiatives from the
new, single pan-Caribbean Cable & Wireless entity now taking
shape, and signals the company’s intention of delivering on
its promise to offer a more consistent and uniformed suite
of products and services to all customers across the region.
Commenting on the launch of “Home Rate Roaming”, Richard
Dodd, CEO Cable & Wireless Caribbean said: “ Our customers
have been anticipating this news for a long time and we are
very pleased that we can finally deliver.” He emphasised:

savings for our Caribbean customers who have families and
businesses spread throughout the region.

consistency and uniformity in products and services will be
